NOROO Holdings announced that it has established a strategic co-operative relationship with ‘Oscar Agra Techno’ (OAT), a Japanese agricultural company, through KIBAN Tech, an affiliate specializing in agriculture.

Through the establishment of this cooperative relationship, both companies have granted KIBAN Tech the exclusive domestic sales right for the OAT product line, and KIBAN also entrusted OAT with the priority of sales contracts when it enters the Japanese market. In the long term, they also promised cooperation to develop overseas markets such as Southeast Asia.

Meanwhile, KIBAN Tech, established in 2014, is researching and developing agriculture-related products based on seed surface coating technology and smart farm technology, and distributing various functional agricultural materials such as shading agent for greenhouses and seed coating for high temperature control.
